At Clark Gas & Oil, we take your personal privacy seriously. We value our relationship with you and are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information you have shared with us.

Each customer is required to complete and have on file an account application. This insures uninterrupted propane and oil heat service to homes and businesses and conveniently allows applicable cash discounts. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to only those employees who need to know that information to provide our products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your confidential information and to assist us in preventing unauthorized access to that information. A list of the safeguards include but are not limited to the following: Keeping paper documents in secure filing cabinets with limited access, utilizing passwords, encryption, and user identification numbers to guard against unauthorized access to electronic information. We train all of our employees on our privacy policy and the importance of the privacy and confidentiality of the information we collect.

We do not disclose or sell information of any kind to mailing lists or catalog companies that may want to sell their products or services to you. We do not disclose information subject to the Fair Credit-Reporting act except as permitted or required by law.
